remain in our listings indefinately. The selling fees listed below are deducted
from the equipment selling price. If you have good equipment just sitting around,
list it on BoilerRoomEquipment.com. We will work with the buyer and help you
turn it into cash!

Selling fees are based on a transaction price. Below are some examples of
transactions:
1. You have 37 identical globe valves listed at $20 per valve:
One Customer purchases 2 valves on a single transaction. The total
transaction value is $40. You place the valves in a box and print out
and attach the shipping label that we email to you. We arrange for
UPS to pick up the package. The selling fees for this transaction
are $40 X 30% = $12. We mail you a check for $28 for the two valves.
Another customer purchases the remaining 35 valves on a single transaction.
The total transaction value is $700. You place the valves in a suitable
crate and print out and attach the shipping label that we email to you.
We arrange for a freight carrier to pick up the crate. The total transaction
value is $700. The selling fees for this transaction are $700 X 25% = $175.
We mail you a check for $525 for the 35 valves.
2. You list a 300HP firetube boiler that was installed 5 years ago but is no longer
used because the plant closed down:
A customer purchases the unit for $17,500. We arrange all aspects of the
boiler removal, rigging, and shipment to the buyers site. The selling fees
for this transaction are $17,000 X 20% = $3,500. We mail you a check for
$14,000 for the boiler.
