Purchasing Equipment Online:
We recommend buying online if the value of the equipment is $4,000 or less, and the equipment can be shipped by UPS ground. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as methods of online payment.
To purchase equipment online you must register by filling out the online forms. Just seconds after filling out the registration form, you will receive an email with your username and password. Go to BoilerRoomEquipment.com, login using your username and password, navigate through the site and add the equipment to your shopping cart that you wish to purchase. Click on the checkout button when you are done shopping. Pay for the items with your credit card.
The equipment will ship the same day you placed an order (if the listing states the equipment was available for immediate shipment, and the order was placed prior to 3:00 P.M. eastern standard time Monday through Friday).
You will receive an email confirming your order, with the UPS tracking numbers.

- All equipment weighing more than 150 pounds. These items that will require motor freight or a special carrier. Our sales staff will work to get you the lowest freight cost. We also have trucks available for special deliveries, if required.
- Equipment that requires "customization" to suit your applications. Maybe you need a different motor voltage, discharge pressure, flow rate, capacity, controller type, or even flue gas emission rates than the listed equipment currently has. Discuss this with our sales staff. They will prepare you a quotation for the equipment "customized or modified" to meet your needs.
